What is a Soul Mate?

First you have to define what this means for you? Is it being with someone who makes you happy, passionate about life, or helping you with your confidence? Or, is it just someone you can call your best friend that you share time with?

I think this will be defined differently amongst all of us and you must answer this question yourself before you can begin.

To me, I feel that I have found mine because every time I am with her, there is no other place I would rather be.

My friends can call me up to ask if I would like to go out with them on a Friday night and I have no problem in turning them down just to spend more time with my wife.

She is my best friend and I am always thinking about her and what fun things we can do together.

So, once you have answered this question, it is time to evaluate your relationship by what your definition is or go out to seek someone who has these qualities.

How do I know when I have found him/her?

If your partner brings to you all of the joys in the world that you have searched to find, you will know you have found them. There will never be a day that goes by where you won’t thank your higher power for what blessing you have in your life.

For some people, it is easier than others to find their soul mate and they know early in life who that this person is. For others including myself, it can take some time, but you should never stop looking because there is nothing like being with a partner for life that makes you feel special.

If you are constantly looking for him/her, you will find true love!
